Build your profile, quickly find the most relevant participants you need to connect with at this year’s online meeting and start networking.
What is SparkX?
SparkX is an AI-based business matchmaking platform that will allow you to easily connect with other participants at ESOC 2021. It is designed to recommend to you the most relevant people you should meet at the conference, based on your profile and professional interests, and will enable you to chat with your connections or set a 1-on-1 meeting.
Where do I find SparkX?
The SparkX platform is located in the Networking Lounge of the ESOC 2021 Virtual Platform.
How does SparkX Work?
As a registered participant to ESOC 2021, you will receive an invite to build a profile in the days building up to the conference. SparkX will then analyse your profile and match it with other participants’ profiles based on your networking goals, interests, and professional background.
At the start of the conference when the Virtual Platform opens, go to the Networking Lounge and click on the SparkX button. From inside SparkX, you will be able to view and edit your profile, plus review your recommendations on who to network with during the event.
If you want to connect with one of your recommendations, like their profile. If they like you as well, then you are a match!
With a match, you can start chatting via the SparkX platform or set a 1-on-1 meeting.
The platform will also generate a calendar reminder and provide a video meeting room for your meetings.
How do I get started?
A few days before the conference start, you will receive an invite to the email address you used to register for ESOC 2021. The email will ask you to complete your SparkX profile in a few simple steps and then you will be ready to receive your networking recommendations.
Top Tip
Don’t wait until ESOC 2021 begins to create your profile. We encourage you to build it in advance so you have recommendations waiting for you on the first day!
